New Proposal

Our IGB proposed on last week, stop motorbike rider enter the city can help to reduce the robbery. Is that a good idea?

Actually, that is not the first proposal for preventing the robbery but seem like does not bring any good effect. In my opinion, every system can bring work successful should have certain condition, that is: -

a) Co-operation by majority of population.
b) Ignore individual interest.
c) Support by authority.
d) Sufficient instrument/infrastructure.
e) Guidance by Law/Act.
f) Discipline of enforcement team.

Refer to above conditions, we could easily found that is impossible task for our local government. Thus, every new proposal finally become voids or null. In fact, IGB can simply adopt a small requirement on motorbike rider, like: –

1) Enforce the motorbike manufacturer install a detector inside every motorbike. On the same time, the detector should be able read by road radar. Without the detector would not allow enter the city.
2) Dedicated a place for all motorists parking by way of support by free transport enter to city. It brings healthy living environment as well as reduced the accident in the city.

I think the above ideas better than our officer suggestion, because if this system could successful adopted. It can be extend it for various vehicles in the city. It is indirect help city worker increase productivity by way of less wasting time on the road. Of course the above said system as not simple as I describe. It would needed further study and analyst it.

Story of Losing Manager
In the share investment market, My nickname is Losing Manager. I am always lose in the share market because too smart and too stupid.So, today I analyst how I was lose. Few days ago, I found that one stock lower price at 0.635 per shares, and achieved the higher price 0.705. When it from 0.705 fall to 0.680, I decided bought in at 0.680. These particular counter volumes done are top 10. Seem like everything is proper but it finally on the day closed at 0.655.What should I do now?

Usually based on the above, next day I should hold it until the force selling day only sold because I found that:

a) Closing price difference with lower price has 4 bits difference, that is 0.64,0.645,0.65 and 0.655.

b) Volume is high.

c) My purchase price at 0.68 when compared with 0.705 has 5 bits difference.

d) I have 3 days more to due date.Based on the above reason, I thing it is impossible I can lose.

But in the next day the shares price reach 0.67 start down turn. During the first session, it also broke the 0.635 level.Losing Manager now start panic. I quickly sold at 0.62 and lose about 6 cents (9%+) per unit. So, based on the above trading, Losing Manager obtained the information from this mistake trading is as follows: -

a) Closing Price Wrong- Buy in one counter should decide after trading ended. Like above example: it closed at 0.655 actually reflected only has 4 bits difference from lowest price at the day. Its means that although your are lucky buying at lowest price at 0.635, you only has 2 cents gross profit.

b) Calculation Wrong - 0.705 actually is first resistance on these counter, if buying at 0.68 and sell at high level only can gross gain 2.5 cents (3.6%). If predict the 0.635 is lower, lose about 4.5 cents (6.6%). It means chances of lose higher than profit. There is totally against theory of risk management.

c) Time Frame Wrong - Always thing about the 3-day time frame for trading. I ignore my ultimate objective is making profit.

d) Depend on High Volume per day is wrong – Because the high volume can be translate as Banker (Syndicate) distribution his stock in hand into the market.

Lose Manager also does not aware that if these counter wanted to achieved higher price, it may need double of volume only can achieved another higher price. Lose Manager concluded the above experience as record. In future, please do not repeat the above mistake again.

　　投机性强、风险高、杠杆率高是外汇保证金交易业 务的最主要特点。银监会调查显示，虽然国内银行开办此项业务均能盈利，但参与这项业务的普通投资者亏损比例却很高，当前80%甚至90%的投资者都处于亏损状态。

　　“这种参与者高损失、低盈利的概率状况已近似于‘赌博’”，银监会有关负责人对国内外汇保证金交易业务作出了上述评价。

　　与此同时，部分银行为了增加盈利，在没有充分评估客户的风险承受能力的情况下，盲目放大杠杆倍数，降低客户准朊偶鳎行┮猩踔猎市硗饣憬灰自贝邮麓艘滴瘢嗣飨缘牡赖路缦铡?

　　“暂停银行开办外汇保证金交易业务，是监管层出于保护普通投资者利益的一种考虑，也有利于银行的稳健发展和风险管控”，中央财经大学中国银行业研究中心主任郭田勇在接受记者采访时表示。

　　他说，外汇保证金交易具有杠杆效应，可“以小搏大”，但风险也会成比例放大，且由于涉及多种货币的波动，这项业务并不适合所有的投资者。

　　银监会负责人亦表示，当前我国外汇交易市场仍处在早期发育阶段，银行客户对外汇保证金交易业务的风险认知能力、风险承受能力仍然不足，银行的风险识别和管控能力也与这项业务不匹配，因此要求银行业金融机构暂停开办此项业务。

　　

　　据了解，目前只有极少数银行在一些城市试点性的开办了外汇保证金交易业务，已从事此交易的投资者数量也比较有限。因而，叫停此项业务并未影响广大投资者正常的外汇投资需求，也不涉及广大投资者正常的外汇交易。

　　银监会负责人指出，现在许多银行都已开办外汇实盘买卖业务，也推出了广泛的理财产品供投资者选择，完全可以满足不同风险偏好的外汇投资者的投资需求。

　　这位负责人还表示，银监会此次下发的《通知》也不影响已开办此业务银行与已从事此业务客户原签订协议的效力，也并未要求已开办此业务银行与已从事此业务客户立即结清交易。

　　不过，他也同时建议，已在银行开办外汇保证金交易业务的客户应根据自身仓位实际情况与风险承受能力，主动、适时、及早结清现有交易，并根据协议承担相关盈亏责任。

　 　业务创新要保证“风险可控”

　　在暂停银行经办该项业务的同时，银监会还表示，将继续根据审慎监管的原则，会同外汇管理等部门，进一步研究对此业务的风险监管，在各方面条件成熟时，研究推出新的统一规范管理的办法。

　　业内人士认为，要保证业务创新的稳健和可持续性，关键在于银行自身的风险管理能力与风险控制能力，同时还必须能够正确评估我国市场的成熟程度、广大投资者对风险的理解能力与风险承受能力，以及在风险充分揭示的前提下，投资者对“买者自负”理念的认同程度等。

　　郭田勇认为，国内金融衍生品发展还处于初步发展阶段，应当主要遵循自内而外的发展轨迹，从现有的金融环境来看，当前大规模发展外汇保证金交易业务的确不成熟。

Intelligent risk management helps a company stabilize cash flows, reduce risk of insolvency, manage foreign taxes, and focus on its primary business in each country and market. It is particularly critical in Southeast Asia today, where complex overseas operations are common for resident, host and guest firms alike.

In this study, the financial risk management is examined from the perspective of international accounting, to show how risk mitigation applies to the multinational firms with complex global transactions and assets. The studies analyze the interplay of currencies, exchange rates, interest rates, and accounting systems. Financial risk management is a specialized area of international accounting that requires specific training, tools and techniques, if one is to be successful in mitigating risk for an international business.

Young Teenage now was educated but our newspaper still trying to manipulate people immotian. Today, while i read a paper and see a picture highlighted people buying a rice but the article say a lot of people chase to buy.

Yesterday due to our government implemented new oil system but our newspaper interview those rich people and highlighted that they may suffering.

Hi editor, you must remember in the past 25 years, the said people earn money and pai tax in Singapore but using the compesate oil from Malaysia. Another fact is if your are car owner in Singapore, you must a rich people because Singapore discourage population to own car. Hence they imposed a high tax on the road.

So, Mr editor please instruct your reporter ask a question to Minister. After the exempted tax has been close in the south and north area. The saving is go to where. Is it our population can enjoy more and more benefit.
